    • Hi Louise,

I’m so sorry for leaving that out. These classes take place at our Whole Grain Store in Milwaukie, Oregon. I’ve updated the post to include that information. Thanks for catching that omission for us!

  1. Thank you for these classes! I’m excited to attend and learn more about cooking gluten-free. I am a health coach with a practice for assisting people in the initial stages to give up gluten. I have been gluten free for just 11 months now. It’s made all the difference in the world to my life and health! I’m always looking to learn more about this lifestyle.

  2. I think it is great to have all of these classes for people to go gluten-free.

My daughter can’t have dairy or soy. I would love recipes even better a cooking class or two so I can make her the dishes she likes. Even more so with the holidays coming up. Making a “cream” gravy for mashed potatoes, for over biscuits, etc.
